We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within India. Any extra charges, if applicable, will be shared before order confirmation.
Ready-to-ship jewellery is usually dispatched within 3–7 business days. Customized jewellery may take 15–25 business days.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, we will share tracking details through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Yes. Diamerald jewellery is securely packed and insured during transit.
Orders, Shipping & Delivery
Eligible ready-to-ship jewellery can be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unworn, and returned with the original invoice, certificate, and packaging.
Customized jewellery cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect, wrong product, or damage at delivery.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video. Our team will review and help with the next steps.
Yes. Diamerald offers lifetime exchange on eligible jewellery, subject to quality check and original invoice/certificate verification.
Yes. We offer lifetime buyback on eligible Diamerald jewellery as per our Buyback Policy. The final value depends on gold and diamond value at the time of buyback.
