At Diamerald, every piece is carefully crafted, quality checked, and securely packed before it reaches you. We currently offer shipping across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders within India. Any additional shipping charges, if applicable, will be mentioned at the time of checkout or order confirmation.

We offer standard shipping which typically takes 15-25 business days to arrive. Once your order is ready, our team will share the dispatch details with you. While we try our best to deliver within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, weather conditions, operational disruptions, remote location delivery, or circumstances beyond our control. In case of any significant delay, our team will keep you informed.

Customised jewellery is made especially for you. Timelines may vary based on design complexity, stone sourcing, approvals, resizing, engraving, or any changes requested during the process. Our team will keep you updated at key stages of the order.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

All jewellery is securely packed and insured during transit. For high-value orders, delivery may require OTP verification, ID confirmation, or recipient signature. Please do not accept the package if it appears opened, damaged, or tampered with. Contact us immediately with photos or videos of the package.
