Lifetime Exchange & Buyback Policy

You can exchange your Diamerald jewellery anytime for a new design, upgrade, or custom piece. The exchange value will be calculated as: Gold: 100% of the prevailing gold value, based on the net gold weight and purity Diamond: 100% of the prevailing value of the eligible lab-grown diamond component Making charges, GST, discounts, shipping charges, and other service charges are not included in the exchange value The approved exchange value can be adjusted against any new Diamerald purchase. If the new product value is higher, you can pay the difference. If the new product value is lower, the balance will not be refunded in cash and may be issued as store credit, subject to approval.

If you wish to sell your Diamerald jewellery back to us, we offer lifetime buyback on eligible pieces. The buyback value will be calculated as: Gold: 100% of the prevailing gold value, based on the net gold weight and purity Diamond: 80% of the prevailing value of the eligible lab-grown diamond component Making charges, GST, discounts, shipping charges, and other service charges are not refundable Once approved, the buyback amount will be transferred to your bank account within 10–15 business days.

This policy applies only to jewellery purchased directly from Diamerald through our official website, WhatsApp, or authorised sales channels. To process exchange or buyback, the product must be accompanied by: Original invoice Original diamond certificate Product packaging, authenticity card, and any other documents shared at purchase Valid customer/order details for verification

Every exchange or buyback request is subject to a detailed quality check by the Diamerald team. Deductions may apply if the product has: Visible wear, damage, scratches, dents, or missing stones Third-party resizing, repair, polishing, or alteration Mismatch between the product and original invoice/certificate Missing diamond certificate or incomplete documentation If the original certificate is missing, certificate replacement or verification charges may be deducted from the final value.

The following are not covered under lifetime exchange or buyback: Loose diamonds purchased separately Products not purchased from Diamerald Jewellery altered or repaired by another jeweller Products with missing invoice and unverifiable certificates Special orders marked as non-exchangeable or non-buyback at the time of purchase Any product that fails Diamerald’s quality and authenticity check

Customised Diamerald jewellery is eligible for lifetime exchange or buyback, provided it passes quality check and is supported by the original invoice and certificate. However, design-specific costs such as CAD, customisation, engraving, resizing, special sourcing, and making charges are not included in the exchange or buyback value.

To initiate exchange or buyback, contact us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number, invoice, certificate, and product images. Our team will guide you through the evaluation and pickup/drop-off process. Once the product is received and verified, we will share the final eligible value before proceeding.
